Martec Solutions' spare parts and component assemblies for our J-TEC mud lube motor are made of high grade quality steel providing superior wear durability. In addition to robust wear qualities, our simple efficiently designed components permit easy motor service maintenance. Along with options for bearing assembly components including drive shafts, ABH or straight motor sub-assemblies are also available.
High quality materials are used which provide significant wear resistance. Materials, such as S2 tool steel and tiled carbide, are utilized for thrust stack parts and radial bearings respectively. Other components are manufactured from 4145 and / or 4330 v modified materials while transmission components are made of heat treated 4340 steel.
